Abstract
 Women's welfare refers to their happiness and general happiness. Obstacles women's advancement include untouchability, child marriage, caste oppression. Leaders like Nathuram Jyotiba Poole, Eeswara Chandra Vidyasagar, Mahatma Gandhi, others rescued the female community. The DMK government enacted laws for advancement, implemented programs, defended education employment rightsThe passed a law in 1921, giving women right vote, symbolizing justice progress. As progress, they will be empowered question society's crimes prevent social crimes.
